Materials Deadlines
Run-of-book advertising materials are due to THE ELEGANT TEXAN Production Department by the 25th of the second month preceding issue date. Special advertising section materials are due by the 15th of the second month preceding issue date. When the materials due date falls on a non-business day, materials are due the preceding business day. THE ELEGANT TEXAN is not responsible for reproduction quality if materials are received after materials deadline.

The ONLY file format we will accept is PDF. Please download the full PRINT Ad Specifications by clicking on the link at the top of this page (#1). Details of image sizes and acceptable graphical image formats for website ads are contained in the separate specifications document (#2) above.

Advertising Acceptance
The design of advertisements are an integral part of THE ELEGANT TEXAN and therefore, THE ELEGANT TEXAN reserves the final approval rights on ad design and photography used in all of our advertisements, both in print and on our website. All advertisements are accepted and published by the publisher upon the representation that the agency and/or advertiser is authorized to publish the entire contents and subject matter there-of. In consideration of its acceptance by the publisher, the agency and/or advertiser will indemnify and save the publisher from harm and against any loss or expense resulting from claims or suits based upon the contents of subject matter of those advertisements including, without limitation, claims or suits for libel, violation of right of privacy, plagiarism and copyright infringement.
